Default What is the 0x8007007E problem?

I do not want to get too scientific but here is the major basis for this error code being generated:

    a) There are a number of bug and security issues in the Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) version 3.0 - SP3.

    b) The error 0x8007007E can also be reason by lost or damage active link library (.DLL) files - CABINET.DLL as well as URLMON.DLL.

There are many applications, the ship installed MSXML 3.0. Uninstall any application in Windows XP system May write-off of the MSXML 3.0 document of the General Assembly (msxml3.dll and msxml3r.dll). We should only register a document.

    To Do This:

You have to first click on the Start button which is positioned on the left pane of the taskbar and select the Run command from the Start menu and click on it, and after that in the small box that Opens, type the three characters as cmd and after that click on the OK button. And in the command prompt window that just appeared on the desktop (a black background and white text), type the following commands, and press the enter key after inserting the command as below.

    regsvr32 msxml3.dll

And type the word and close the window. And restart the computer and try to update the Microsoft Windows once more.
