I have misplaced my Windows XP administrative password as well as I can't find it to be I trapped having to clean and reload my PC? Or is there a way I can use to rearrange it or avoid the log-in screen. I do not want to lose all.

If you have a Recovery CD then boot your PC with the compact disk in the drive. That must let you to go into the control panel as well as modify your settings. Also you might be able to do it in safe mode without the recovery CD.
By means of the recovery compact disk won’t work. If you boot into safe mode that gets you to the admin account and you would then still require the password. I use Hirens boot disk. It has an active password removal program. Boot from the disk as well as delete the older password. You can then turn around as well as set in a new password if you desire.
As far as I know , there are two main methods to solve the windows password problem as follows:
1st Method:
Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type \Administrator\ (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.
Now you can reset your account password from \Control Panel - User Accounts\.
Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.
2th Method:
Windows password Recovery software:
for example:Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 . It is easy and convenient to use.
Windows password | Administrator password | Windows Password Reset | Windows Password Recovery
