    Default How to Delete a User Account using CMD

    I want to permanently delete my user account from my Windows XP machine by using the CMD command is there any way so i can delete the desired user account please would you provide me some steps i need it more urgently.

    • Using the Windows interface

    • Using a command line

    Using the Windows interface

    1. Open Active Directory Users as well as Computers.

    2. In the console tree, click Users.
    Where?

    o Active Directory Users with Computers/domain node/Users
    Or, click the folder that contains the user account.

    3. In the particulars pane, right-click the user accounts, as well as afterward clicks Delete.

    Notes

    • To execute this process, you must be a member of the Account Operators group, Domain Admins group, or the Enterprise Admins group in Active Directory, or you should have been hand over the suitable authority. As a precautions best practice, consider using Run as to execute this process. For more information, see Default local groups, Default groups, as well as Using Run as.

    • To open Active Directory Users and Computers, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and after that double-click Active Directory Users and Computers.

    • Once a user account has been deleted, all permissions with memberships related with that user account are eternally deleted. Because the security ID (SID) for every account is exclusive, a new user account with the similar name as a formerly deleted user account does not automatically presume the permissions with memberships of the beforehand deleted account. To copy a deleted user account, all permissions and memberships must be physically recreated.

    1. Open Command Prompt.

    2. Type:
    dsrmObjectDN

    Value Description

    ObjectDN -- Specifies the well-known name of the user object to be deleted.

    Notes
