Scroll the Window Under the Mouse in Windows 7 / XP / Vista Ever noticed that one has to switch to a window before using the wheel button to scroll it? This is irritating if one is trying to multi-task or follow along with a long tutorial in browser window.
There’s one little annoyance with this function: It changes middle mouse button click to minimize the current window, which breaks middle-click in Firefox. Here’s how to shut it off manually.
To make changes this select the Wheel Button tab and after that modify the drop-down to None of the buttons, or anything else except Wheel button.
After making these small changes, it’s ready to go. One can even delete the icon from the tray using the General tab.
