The Desktop Cube effect for Linux is really popular because people love eye candy, but the option for Windows is much less interesting. The newest value to provide this effect for Windows is unexpectedly fast, and works on both XP and Vista.
Of course, Keyboard Ninjas choose keyboard shortcuts to attractive desktops, but that is not the point is it?
At this time is the screen in act, which is suddenly fast on my Vista laptop. The system icon in the tray simply offers you access to everything, and even tells you what the keyboard shortcuts are.
The options page provides you a lot of choice, and I would suggest enabling the misspelled “Blendding” option, because it makes the effect look a lot attractive on a faster machine.
Here is the coolest fraction, the Screen Manager, where you can shift windows around g screens by just dragging as well as dropping.
I am confident this will not be the last of these utilities, but at least this one is still free.
