Default A dialog box appears all the time on screen

Whenever I launch a program or start my computer, a dialog box appears all the time saying "Insert the 'Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage disk' and click OK", even while opening folders. I got my HDD formatted recently after installing extra RAM (512 MB) along with the existing amount (256 MB). But now it takes a lot of time to boot. I don't have many programs running on startup, but it takes a lot more time than before the upgrade. What could be the reason? Please help!

The error states that the system needs some of the missing files which are important to continue starting the required program. You would need to insert the Microsoft Office XP CD in the tray and let the system install the necessary system files automatically. This can be caused by the memory upgrade you have recently done or a corrupted system file. Reinstall MS Office completely if the error persists. As far as the system running slow is concerned even after upgrading the memory from 256 MB to an additional 512 MB, check if the two memory modules have the same frequency and timing. If the two are different, they would cause a problem in speed or the system can crash too. Remove the 256 MB and use only the 512 MB module only if the two are of different types.
