If you are using Mozilla with Windows XP, after you tick to download iTunes, a popup window show and you tick “Save File”. Select folder you would like to download iTunes.

4. Step 4

If iTunes are not installed yet for Windows XP and tick on any links leading to iTunes Store, you get message that tells “This page cannot be displayed.” The window shows that you need to install ActiveX Control. Tick information bar and choose ActiveX Control. A pop-up security warning shows, click “Install”.
