Default Create a File with Password Access on Windows

?Select the folder you like to protect. You cannot protect individual files, though you can just place a single file into a folder.
?Right-click the folder >> select "Properties."
    ?Select the "Sharing" tab.
?Click the "Advanced" button and after that choose the "Encrypt contents to secure data" option. If you use an admin password, that will be used. If not, Windows will ask you for one. If so, enter your password and click "OK."
?Click "Apply" and after that click "OK."
