try the given steps which is helpful 4 u.
Turn Off your computer, connect your Spanish keyboard into your machine, and after that start your machine.
Click on the "Start" button>> open Control Panel. Click on the "Regional and Language Options" icon in the Control Panel. In the Regional and Language Options menu, click on the "Language" tab.
Click on the "Details" button, in the "Text Services and Input Languages" tab. Click on the "Add" button to open to "Add Input Language" menu.
Click on the drop-down menu under the "Input Languages" heading and choose your Spanish region or country from the list (e.g., "Spanish (Argentina)," "Spanish (Chile)" or "Latin America"). Pick your Spanish keyboard's layout from the menu in the "Keyboard Layout” heading (e.g., "Spanish (Modern)," "Spanish (Traditional)" or "Latin America"). Click "OK" to exit the menu.
