When I open My Computer and click on Files it takes a few seconds for open. The other things which I had observed that when Windows start the desktop icons and other things takes long time to load.

To resolve this issue Click on Start > >Run > >Type regedit > >HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Desktop. Generate a binary value. Validate and after that provide it the value 00 00 00 00. restart your machine to take effect.
