Print to file option permits to print information straight to file on hard drive, which can make saving items like web pages and other non-traditional documents much simple. If "Print to File" option damaged, best solution is to reinstall program related with that option to PC, overwriting any error ridden files and restoring option to complete functionality.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to "Start", click "Control Panel," and choose "Add/Remove Programs."
Step 2
Go through list and find program that is having problems printing to file. E.g. if you are not able to print using Microsoft Word then search for Word or Microsoft Office option on list.
Step 3
Highlight that program and squash key to "Change/Remove" program.
Step 4
Click "OK" to uninstall program.
Step 5
Put in installation disk and click "Install" button after uninstall is finish. This will trigger auto-install process.
Step 6
Input any extra needed in sequence like product ID to finish re-installation.
