Default Delete last CR and LF from text file

I have Windows Server 2003 as OS in my PC. I copy my dos batch file from one put to other daily. Program that make file adds CR and LF at the end but I want to delete this. Also the size and data differs every time.

    Default

You know how to do it manually that how doing it when it has to be done but, you need to apply Perl or DOS to do it automatically after file created and before it gets automatically transferred to different location.
