    Default XP Install locks up at network stage

    Installing new duplicate of window xp but Compaq Presario m2000 keeps cold up in install network stage. Please help me to solve this problem.

    Boot to safe mode and see event view logs. Note time when it locked up last to find error. Suspect error in Drivers. May have to disable drivers or uninstall devices.
