Thread: Can't install programs in XP

I have installed windows Xp sp2 in C Drive but now unable to install other software’s because setup window starts for these software’s and then disappears before I could complete installation of these software’s. Even when I opened the task executive, than the task window also gets disappear after few seconds.

Right click My computer and choose properties. Click the hardware tab and choose Device Manager. See if you any yellow exclamation marks next to everything. If you do, you need to install or update drivers. Did you get a driver’s CD with the machine?
