Audio drivers are parts of software that allow OS to "talk" to audio hardware. If audio device is not functioning as you do not have audio driver installed, install it by Windows Device Manager's Update Driver Wizard.

Instructions

o Go to "Start," open "Control Panel" and double-click on "System" icon.

o Open "Hardware" tab, tick "Device Manager" and choose "Sound, video and game controllers."

o Double click on entry for audio device, tick "Driver" tab and then click "Update Driver Software" button.

o Click "Next", select to install driver from particular place, click "Next" again and then click "Browse". Go to place where sound driver is saved.

o Click "Next" to install sound driver.
