Thread: USB ports not working after XP Reinstallation

I have general computer and subsequent to reinstalling Win XP from grate none of the USB ports are functioning. I opinion maybe drivers are not accurate. Because computer is not product name how do I recognize what drivers I want? Is it based on the motherboard.

You install chip set drivers for motherboard. It should be the first thing you do after installing the OS. You can obtain chip set drivers from Motherboard manufactures web site.
