    Default mydocs.dll is lost in XP

    Windows XP installed on my PC but problem is it is showing error message as the file mydocs.dll is missing. I am unable to solve this error. So please help me to solve this. Thanks in advance.

    Follow the steps given below to solve this problem:

    • Go to start, click Run.

    • Enter command as the Command, press enter.

    • Add below command in command prompt.

    regsvr32 mydocs.dll

    • You obtain message whether file installed or not.

    Use Windows XP CD and search mydocs.dll file in CD. When you find that file in CD, make copy of that file and move that copy to directory from where error happens. So, use windows XP CD and then your problem will be solved.
