Thread: Dual OS - XP & Vista - XP Installed First

I have XP installed in system. I want to install Vista. I have two separations. C Drive and D Drive. D is packed with important Data’s. But I have 58 GB gratis gap in C drive. I want to install Vista in C Drive with obtainable OS XP. I want to install dual OS. I constantly work in XP as Vista is sluggish. But I want Vista for Software Testing. Please help me to solve this problem.

Perhaps could obtain an external HDD and shift data to fresh drive. It would be improved anyway to back up significant things to another drive in case of collide. Then install Vista on D drive, I wouldn't advocate installing two OS's on similar partition. perhaps also look into Microsoft Virtual Machine.
