Thread: Windows XP greeting screen

I cannot get past greeting screen log on. Similar difficulty with safe mode. Have strived XP CD revival console says cannot discover hard disk drives. Please help me to solve this problem.

If you are considering windows logon screen, then hard drive is creature read. Attempt going into BIOS and making sure that hard drive is documented and all well. Make sure there is no disk in CD drive. Do you have an XP install disk, recovery disk, or recovery divider? If you have disk, you attempt booting to that and get well, and appeal to recovery from there.
