Thread: Problem of audio in XP

Now I upgrade my OS from windows 2000 to Windows XP. But after this upgradation VLC media player showing problem as playing audio file it skips audio for few milliseconds. I tried many things but unable to solve this problem. So please help me to solve this problem.

I think VLC player is not appropriately installed. So download most recent version of VLC media player and install it correctly. This will solve your problem.

To solve this problem just reinstall your Windows XP OS and then reinstall VLC media player and scan PC with updated antivirus. This will definitely solve your problem.

I recently upgraded to XP Pro and when i did the sound on my Compaq presario 700 stopped working. It seemed like everything was working good but when i tried to play some music no sound came out. On startup I can hear crackling noises when the computer starts up (they are very faint) but there is no sound after the computer has completely started up.
