Default Installing windows XP via network or flash

I have Picard Bell laptop that has NO CD Rom. It was diseased with viruses, and cleaning, a window was damaged. I worried require of this laptop, as it contains significant work data. I have observed that I can boot off network, or even USB device. There way I can fill windows CD onto flash to boot off HOW? Also, how does one execute an installation through network? I have desktop PC that I can use. Please help me to solve this problem.

Yes you can boot computer with pen drive, but previous to that will have to build it bootable and then copy image file or installation files of windows, which will allow it, install windows usual way.
