Thread: Regional Settings in Windows XP

I am windows XP user. I want to change the regional settings in XP and put it in a script/registry? Can intl.cpl be used? I have tried these reg settings but none of them worked out, I want to take effect for every new user. Want to change location, standards and formats and keyboard to other languages. What steps will be needed to do this. Thanks in advanced

Location:

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\Geo]

Keyboard language:

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload]

Follow the given steps for Regional Settings in Windows XP

• Click Start, and after that click Control Panel.

• Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and after that click Regional and Language Options.

• To change the individual settings, click Customize
