Thread: Explorer unable to work in XP

I am having the desktop computer system which has the Windows XP2 operating system. My problem is that my explorer does not start. I think my system is infected by virus that why I scan my entire system. After scanning system explorer not working. Please help as soon as possible. Thanks in advanced.

I think your Antivirus might have deleted the .exe file of your explorer. Because of this reason you are unable to access or your explorer is not responding. Copy .exe files from any of other source and paste it in your folder. After that it will work.
