Default How to Become an bureaucrat on Windows XP

If you want to become an administrator on Windows XP, you should make a new account. While creating a new account as an administrator will allow you to perform any task you select to perform on your system. Being an administrator will give you the rights of making changes and installing any applications you select to install. A limited account type will not allow a user to perform changes or install some applications.
