Vista OS has compatibility problems with older software programs and their drivers. But there is one solution; Vista has an integrated compatibility program that will permit you to manually change a program's driver to the older Windows XP version.

Follow the steps:

1. Click the "Start">>"All Programs.">>Right-click on the program that you would like to run.

2. Then Click "Properties."

3. Click the "Compatibility tab."

4. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode with Windows XP."
