Thread: How to Fix Defragmenter issue in Windows XP

Hi. I am using a computer system installed with windows XP. When trying to access the Defrag tool in the Properties following issue may occur:

1. The Defragment Now button is missing

2. When I click on Defragment Now button, I get the following error message:

The Disk Defragmenter is not installed on your computer. I am not getting any solution for my problem and need some help for solving that problem.

To fix this problem, follow these steps:

1. Click Start >> click Run, type %Windir%\Inf, >> click OK.

2. Right-click the dfrg.inf files, and after that click install.
