Default Unable to generate Toolbar in Win XP

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows XP operating system. I tried to set up a new profile but some files become corrupted and also Quick Launch disappeared. When I click on the Quick Launch, an error that says "cannot create toolbar." Let me know if any one knows how to fix it. Thanks in advanced

This occurs if the Quick Launch folder is by mistakenly deleted, also "Application Data" registry path is incorrect, click 'Windows XP fixes' and search the solution "cannot create toolbar ... ..”Error message. Download the VBScript and install it on your PC. Reboot the PC and now. This may solve your problem.
