The most common way of viewing the details of a Word document is by opening the document and then going to "Tools I Word count", which gives the detailed statistics like the number of pages, word count, number of paragraphs, lines and so on. But did you know that there's a simpler way out? You can view the statistics without even opening the document and it just requires four clicks! Just follow these steps:

• Right click on the Word document and select "Properties".

• In the properties dialog box, select the "Summary" tab.

• Click on the "Advanced" button in the "Summary" tab and there you go! All the statistics are right there!
