To clear Windows Page File at shutdown;

• Press windows button + R open run and then type: regedit

• Click ok

• browse the following key:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Session Manager\Memory Management

• Click on "Memory Management" to empty its contents into the right hand side.

• Double click on ClearPageFileAtShutdown, and then change the value to 1.

• Reboot your PC for this change take effect.
