Thread: Resetting Bios Password “The Manual Mode"

Hello everyone, I am windows XP user. I want to about how to Resetting Bios Password manually. If you are having any suggestions then reply me. It can helpful to me.

1)
Method of Password Reset:
• On The Mother Board , There’s a Battery , and next to it there’s a JUMPER - for bios use
• The jumper will be installed on 2 from 3 pins!
• turn on the computer , remove the jumper , and put it back again , and Turn back the computer
• when you take out the jumper while the system is one , the computer will shutdown automatically ,
• The jumper will always be on the left sided 2 pins.

For that you need to follow the below steps mention
• TURN OFF the Computer.
• Move the jumper from pins 1-2 to 2-3 for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Move the jumper back to pins 1-2 and THEN TURN ON THE POWER.
• BIOS will be reset to defaults with NO password.
