Default Windows XP takes time to boot

My computer gets long time to boot in to Windows XP. My system arrangement is Intel Dual core 2GHz, 512MB RAM, 160GB SATA hard drive, Intel 945 Motherboard, DVD Writer with Windows XP

I disable the startup items which I do not utilize, and I as well tried a new installation but nothing improved. How can I speed the booting procedure?

I would advise two items. First is upgrade your ram from 512mb to 1 GB and second is start C Cleaner Download

Look like an older install of XP still running where a fine wipe of the drive as fine as considering 1-2 GB in fact of memory would be a plus if there are hardware problems being understand. A good fresh install on a new primary would or else clean up all of the litter seen in the system registry with on the drive.

Try to stop every useless application from start menu. You can do this by running MSCONFIG and uptick all useless applications.
