Thread: AOL not working

I have desktop computer with windows XP operating system. When i start AOL, it is not responding. I tried numerous time installing and uninstalling, but still it’s not fixing the problem. If you are having any solution for that, then please provide that solution to me. I will be thankful to you.

Follow the steps given below to solve this problem:
1. Start your PC in Safe Mode.
2. Right Click My Computer ->> Properties >> Device Manager.
3. Check all your hardware items for Duplicate devices, having two or more parallel device causes problems.
4. Remove ALL duplicated devices.
5. Restart your PC; OS will reinstall the required devices.

• Go to start >> programs >>AOL >>AOL system information
• open "one click fixes"
• Run these
• Clear Internet Explorer Cache and change AOL Adapter
• restore Current Connection Location
• restore AOL Adapter/Delete ACS Files and repair ACS
• Quick Restore
