Default Windows XP Offline Files hide faults

    Hi

I setup a network for a customer using 3 Windows XP PCs and a Windows 2000 advanced server as the domain controller.

They are utilizing viewpoint and have the pst is saved in there My Documents folder, which is accessible offline. I have setup a group policy to stop the pst being accessible offline to stay away from it getting corrupt.

When a user logs off they get a fault saying viewpoint.pst is not accessible. The logon monitor is displayed after pressing ok or waiting 10 minutes is there any method to conceal this as the users have low IT skills

If you only have 2 PCs I would shift the pst to their local profile but that is your option. Here is what you can go for once if you have not tried it previously. Got to offline files and folder and remove the cache. To do this go to your offline files and folder and press ctrl+shift and press on remove. It will tell you that you are regarding to delete the cache hit yes. Once you have removed the cache log off and then again log in. Let me know if this resolves the issue.
