Default Conflict with sound card in XP

I have a PC with a MSI board K8MM-v.I disabled the integrated sound card and I installed a Genius Sound Maker Value 5.1.Installs fine, and is recognized by the operating system. The problem is seems there is a conflict or something because when I play something with this card is starting to sound but stops instantly.

Clear doubts uninstall the sound driver’s mb and before you install the driver genius pass a cleaner to clean records and verifies the version of windows you have q to see if this driver is compatible but download it online.

It is always advisable to install the updated drivers by downloading them from websites because if you installed from the CD that goes with the product sometimes already outdated.

You leave the link to the website of the manufacturer to be able to download the updated drivers.

Enters the bios, see if there's some information from the built-in video card and disable.
