Despite having two successors and a 9-year data, Windows XP continues to concentrate the preferences of 60% of Windows users. In today's technological age, nine years is a very long period. Even then an operating system old with three major updates the 60.03% of users are reluctant to upgrade Windows XP.
The same source added that the popular Windows 7 continues to grow, albeit at a slightly slower pace than before. According to the latest statistics Windows has a market share of 17.10% of the market, representing an increase of 1.25 points.
