    Default downgrading to XP

Hello. I have a Gateway DX4300-15e that operates on Windows 7 Home 64 bit I bought an extra hard drive to put a OEM copy of Windows XP Home 32 bit to set up a double boot situation so that I can work on some of my folder software and games.I can't seem to get Gateway to help me in browsing a list of certain drivers to get this thing least quasi-operational with XP. Kindly suggest.

Here is one way to do it. I used Method Two. Windows 7 was installed and I added XP for the same reason as you.

    Welcome!!
There is way to install on a separate HD. One OS per hard drive. I will search if our resident expert is there to help you with that. Segregate hard drives for the OS's is better in the long run.
