I don't recognize what happened to my windows.Having content "registry unfit" accessing regedit.Need help.

If you are the administrator then you should be healthy to enable registry redaction. Try:Start>>Run>>gpedit.msc>>System>>Prevent Access to Registry Editing Tools (set this to Unfit).I hope that helps.
