Default Installing non beginner of Skype 5.0 on windows XP.

I have Dell E6410 laptop, and asking to make Skype 5.0, when running Windows XP Pro SP3. I get an error when you install Skype on my laptop. I guess the download configuration works well. So when you begin the instalment, after installation starts and runs all the way through three screens of advance before it stops. I use Skype terribly fast, so you can help me how to solve this by giving potential results to it, so I can use the same soon.

I had the same problem earlier, when I tried to install Skype on my computer. I made such a request on many forums, and after I had the solution to this problem. You just have to try to get the full version of Skype. I do not think there would be no problem other than that. I found that many people think it is directly a problem of operating system. But before considering this version just full of it and then implement the same.

Yes, you should definitely go for the full version of Skype and install it on your laptop. When trying this, you should see that you have administrator privileges on your laptop. If you have not, so I guess that was the reason for the failure of the installation. It would be better if you specify here the exact error you found in your laptop. Suffice to mention the error whilst installing Skype.

Thank you very much to give an answer here. As you said, everyone tried to get a full version of Skype and things were similar. When I start the installation, then it stops and I get an error popup with the cap issue with a shortcut. The above description was a fatal error during installation. Thus, the installation does not continue forward when I say OK to that dialogue. I also tried to install using administrator rights on my laptop.

Well, this is the right to know that you re-quoted here. As you have tried as best possible solutions that were here. The next thing you should check if the directory is the installation directory. When you try to install the Skype installation a laptop, so that makes the installation folder on your computer is likely to drive. And 'necessary that the installer will make a directory on a laptop so that you can use this software.
