Default Ineffective to load windows in Toshiba Equium L20

My friend used the Toshiba Satellite L20 last year, and all of a sudden got this problem in its system due to virus attack, and that is why he gave me a laptop to solve all this. Since then, I just completely wipe the hard drive and then install Windows XP Service Pack 2, the portable computer. I have not made any errors during installation of the operating system, but after the laptop boots for the time correctly, but when I start again then the screen goes blue after Windows XP logo.

I passed your question and I think you can solve this problem by doing this trick for the first time start the laptop and press F8 at startup and after that will be given the option of booting into safe mode and Windows will start normally. Then select Windows starts in Safe Mode and then if your able to see the screen properly, and check your display settings everything is done correctly or not? I think it will be useful to you and you will be able to solve the problem.

He told me about your problem and I think you can solve this problem by doing this trick first remove the hard drive of your laptop and then connect this hard drive with a laptop or another computer with the hard drive casing. Now take the first backup and then cleaning the entire disk, then connect your laptop after installing the operating system and then see if you get any help or not? if you still find all the questions, then let me know.

I think we must try to solve the problem of the operating system to correct that one must do the following. First insert the operating system CD in the CD-ROM drive, then restart the computer. Now you'll see an option to install the new Windows and repair windows. For this you need to select the repair option. Now that you have chosen, which targets Windows and then the windows will open as usual. I hope this trick to solve the problem.

I tried all the solutions above, and after I tried to solve the problem by starting with the laptop in Safe Mode, and then I also updated my video driver, but after have done when I reboot the laptop on this time also the same problem was on the way. After that, I also tried to solve this problem by repairing the Windows operating system, but it makes no difference to me. Now you tell me what to do. Please answer me with a solution.

I tried to solve the problem, the operating system to correct, then even if you are facing the same problem so I think you should scan the boot disk on a laptop and then restart the computer and scan your laptop a whole. When the scan is completely remove all viruses on your laptop and then you can solve the problem. if you do not make any difference, so I think you need to contact technical support for the notebook sector.
