Hello, even if they have gone through the same thing, and to resolve the issue, I tried the following steps and then I was able to resolve the matter of habit. To do this, you must go through the following steps: first, to locate Steam.exe. Now that you've found it, and then make the right click and select Properties. Now, go to Properties, Compatibility tab and remove the compatibility mode, and then click OK and then go through the problem.

Hi, I had this same thing on my program and I followed and Steam compatibility mode as well and after that I also had the same problem and after I uninstalled the program steam and everything that affects it, and after that installed it again and after I solved my problem. So I suggest you uninstall steam and then install steam again, and after that let me know the problem. I hope this will help you solve your problem.

I think your system may be damage and so therefore you get this and particularly not right click on Steam.exe and then the Compatibility tab to removal the check on everyone. I would also suggest you install the new Nvidia drivers on your system and also to scan your system. Use part of the registry cleaner to clean the registry, and after going through your problem. If this does not help then I suggest you contact confirm steam and after going through your problem.
