I believe that the system is the system was corrupt form of the virus and that is why I suggest you check the system and then I want to know. I also went through this same problem, but I completed the online scan, and after solving my problem. So, I suggest scanning the network system, and then I want to know. For the scan line on the official website and go through the official website and then they are doing online system scan. I hope this helps you solve the problem.

I propose to run the system file system check and then I'd know about it, do this, you must go through the following things you click on Start and then go to the drive. Now, Run, type cmd, and press the OK button. Now you will view a command quick and write: sfc / scannow Now that you've finish, and then restart the machine and, after passing via the trouble.

I suggest to repair your operating system and after that, let me know. to repair your operating system is necessary to have the installation CD or DVD operating system. First, insert the installation CD in the CD and then rebooting. In this way, you will receive the request to enter the trunk or any button on the DVD or CD, then push a button and give you enough information and then select the next. Now, once you've done and then clicking on the address of the repair and after going through the problem. I hope this will help you solve your problem.
