Thread: SetPoint.exe arousing background application to looks on front

Lately, I've installed Windows XP on my system and I have a problem with my system, and that is causing SetPoint.exe background applications appear on the front. When I am with the program SetPoint.exe to appear in front of the background programs. I SetPoint.exe handle my Logitech mouse and keyboard. I do not have that pass Hwy Can anyone suggest on this issue and so I can solve my problem and thank you in advance
