Did you go inspect printer manufacturer website for a after driver or information? once I have seen this fault it nearly ever. Required a more modern driver to unravel. make sure to 1st move to printers - right cick and clear complete files.

What I admonition is move to Run and array in "services.msc" while not citation marks, again columnist Enter or bang OK. aural the window that opens (Services) look for "Print Spooler" on the able Right-click "Print Spooler" and accept "Properties". Bang on the "Recovery" tab and adapt all three drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".
