Thread: Windows xp vs. Ubuntu 11.10 RD

Hi all, for non that I have a machine and a small old, namely a p4 1.6 Ghz and 1.5 GB of ram. I have set up windows xp prof RD. sp 3 (ameliorated) and I attained my hands on Ubuntu 11.10, just do not recognize, but who speak wonderland of it and it takes some resources. My query is: for this machine which system is good than both.

For that (and any pc) GNU / Linux os is good another story is that usage requires to be more right. And begin and operate my laptop with Lubuntu 10.10, a eee901 of the first with satisfying disk as quick as the developing of a cabbage .
