Default Windows 7 with XP installation

Hi, how would it be best if I want to again have my PC on Windows 7 and XP? Only Windows XP and then install 7 or? I also think other choice but you have to do something more to it? Currently have installed both, but will format both. I have access from my XP partition to the Windows 7 disk from the Windows 7 but on XP hard drive.

Can I just all the data I have in the Windows 7 disk, just pull over to XP, then reformat Windows 7, then reinstall clean then copy the data to the newly re-install Windows XP, and then formatting?

Only then XP and Win7. The other way around you have to set up the boot manager itself.

But if I just installed XP and then Windows 7 and XP then reformat it still remains in place and continue to get Windows 7 automITe more space, or how is it?

As I said, I want Windows 7 format. Reinstall Windows 7. The data I have on Windows XP to move to Windows 7, and then format Windows XP. Unfortunately have no usb stick or something to send the data but it could just stop by hard disk drive.

XP data which do you think? Pictures, writing, music - just their own files? If you have your own on a partition that is not a problem, then you do not even XP, in order to bring to Win7.
Are they still in the default folder of XP, then make a folder on a separate partition, then copy the data and then can re-install Windows 7 on C and integrate the data.
