Windows Vista and Vista Service Pack 1?

After receiving a few fruit with Windows release 7 and the trial process running XP SP3, Redmondskaya company again focused on the operating system Vista, which has been throughout 2007. Although safe genies back into the bottle, that is, close Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Windows 7 too late, the company Microsoft intends to deal with this daunting challenge with the help of a fairly transparent strategy developed by Stephen Sinofski, senior vice-president of Windows and Windows Live Engineering Group.

Microsoft's position regarding Widows Vista quite understandable. The operating system is installed in more than 100 million users, a new set of SP1 RTM will be issued by the end of the first quarter of 2008 and the latest version of RC Refresh has been made available for download by January. Information regarding the same Windows XP SP3 quite meager and blurred. Release Candidate third and the last service pack XP SP3came more than a month ago, and since then XP SP3 literally fell into oblivion. In addition, Microsoft still indicates an unrealistic deadline for the first-half of 2007, when XP SP3 will be publicly accessible.

7 refers to the Windows quite another class. Microsoft Company confirmed Issue 2 x versions of the package: 32 - and 64 - bit, and that it will be within 3 years after Windows Vista. Very little information was received on the reconstruction and development of the kernel MinWin. That is, in fact, and that's it. The company says Redmond of everything else, on Windows 7. No word on the followers of Windows Vista.

On hot pursuit company transported first package Microsoft operating system, called Windows 7 Milestone 1 its key partners. The third person point to the fact that Windows 7 M1 not far from MinWin left, and the package is used to pair the nucleus. At the same time, Microsoft did not deny anything and nothing is confirmed. It simply remained silent.
