Thread: Problem with Internet connection

I always come across this problem: A computer does not ever get connected to the internet. I have also noticed that the internet works well on other computers
1. I have checked the IP address, repair, reset, change but nothing has worked. Usually I have pack which is been sent but nothing has received from the other side.

2. I also went to the Command and there typed netsh winsock reset but after rebooting my computer nothing occurred to the internet connection. It did not work at all.

How to fix up such kind of problem? Because before someone interferes it might take about 3-4 days which is very time consuming.

What about the EXACT version and the patch level of Windows? Is the connection a wired or wireless for the computer? Hold up the Windows key and also press the R key, then type CMD for opening of a command prompt as follows:

In the command prompt window which is been explored, type in the box as shown in the following command:

IPCONFIG /ALL

After typing it right click in the command window and the prefer to Select All, and then hit the Enter key to copy the whole contents to the clipboard. Paste the results in a message over here. If you are still working on a machine with no network connection, then make a use of floppy, USB disk, or a CD-RW disk for transferring all the text file including the information and allow to do the pasting here.
