Thread: I am having problem related to wireless connectivity with my laptop is there any solu

I have recently purchased a gateway laptop from the walmart store and when I brought it the wireless system was working fine but now when I was connecting to the the wireless internet it would say to turn on the wireless system but the LED light was not glowing but when I start up the system they come on but go off immediately when logging into system and even when u run diagnostic test it always says turn wireless on I have a on /off switch on the side of the panel I even rebooted it and restored the whole system but the same trouble continued is there solution I would be very thankful for your help?
