Other than the external design changes, was the design team responsible for the software interface design?

What we do is, we have a collaboration model. So the whole idea about Cisco is, we have what you call Cisco 3.0, like the web 2.0 collaboration technologies, we're doing that inside of our company. We have blogs and video blogs and all kinds of internally linked things and we use these to collaborate. So, cven though we didn't execute the product, it's really about how we are moving towards the same mission. Very interesting way of working.
