I have home network of 2, and sometimes 3 computers on XP Sp3. All work great, connect to the internet, etc. I share the printer and files. However, if I connect to the network with my laptop via wireless, I can no longer access the shared printer or files. I get messages like the network location is not accessible, check permissions, etc. I've confirmed that my wireless is connected to my own router and not someone else's. All computers are on the same workgroup, etc. But I don't understand why I can't share files between a wired pc and a wireless one. With my wireless computer, if I use Explorer and right click on favorite Network then search for computer and enter another computer IP address of my home network (192.168.1.100) Then I can see the other computer and sharing files and access it.
